"Do not be like them....."

Praise JESUS CHRIST!!!! Everyday we have opportunities to become offended. These offenses may come in the form of verbal persecution, a co-worker getting a position that we may have believed we wee going to receive, or something as simple as someone cutting in on you in traffic. Yes, offenses certainly do come to all of us.

When, we allow ourselves to be offended, however, it does not give us a good Witness or Testimony of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. (Amen. Thank YOU JESUS.). This is, simply, because not only is ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST WHO IS WATCHING Us, SEES all things, those persons who we frequent ay after day also are watching us to see how we respond to being offended. However, we we are swift to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, we put the devil in his place under our feet, and we kerep him there, showing forth to him and to others that we KNOW WHO we belong to; THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: - 1 PETER 2:23

So, my dear friend let's constantly remind ourselves of what Our PRECIOUS LORD AND GOD, JESUS {JOHN 20:28} THE MESSIAH {JOHN 4:25-26}, WENT THROUGH DURING HIS MOCK-TRIAL {JOHN 18:28}, AND SUFFERINGS at the hand of sinners for our sakes, and even for the sakes of the men who killed HIM,M ON CALVARY'S CROSS. Our HOLY BIBLE SAYS THAT WHEN HE WAS REVILED HE REVILED not again {1 PETER 2:23}.

25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. - JOHN 4:25-26

This means that HE SHOWED FOR Us a PATTERN Whereby we ought to conduct our lives, in order that we'd not allow ourselves to be offended, but just as THE SON OF GOD DID, ENTRUSTING HIMSELF TO THE ONE WHO JUDGES JUSTLY, Our HEAVENLY FATHER, we too should do the same when people wrongfully come against us.
